
Indonesia Liansuo New Energy Plant
Background
This project is a crucial new energy industrial supporting facility in Indonesia, aiming to establish a photovoltaic module manufacturing base with high production efficiency. Covering a total area of 80,000㎡, the project must operate stably under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, thus imposing extremely high requirements on the protective performance of building surfaces. The technical plan adopts a layered protection system: the substrate must be treated to meet the standards of no floating dust, no oil stains, and a flatness error ≤2mm. First, an anti-alkali sealing primer with adhesion force ≥ grade 1 is applied, followed by waterborne industrial paint with a film thickness ≥150μm, and finally a JS waterproof coating of P6 waterproof grade is coated to enable synergistic protection of each layer. The construction process strictly follows standardized procedures. Construction can only proceed when the humidity after substrate treatment is ≤85% and the temperature is ≥5°C. The waterborne industrial paint is sprayed via airless spraying to ensure uniform film thickness, while the JS waterproof coating is applied in two coats with an interval of ≥4 hours between coats. The VOC content is controlled at ≤50g/L throughout the process to meet environmental protection requirements. After completion, tests show that the coating has an adhesion force ≥ grade 1, withstands artificial aging for ≥2000 hours, endures ≥2000 cycles of scrubbing, and reaches the P6 waterproof grade. It effectively resists heavy rainfall erosion during the local rainy season, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the factory building.
