Indonesia Huabao Industrial Park
Background
Located in Indonesia's Huabao Industrial Park, this project is a key light manufacturing industrial zone covering approximately 150 hectares, including production workshops, warehousing facilities, and supporting office areas, requiring long-term protection under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. The technical plan adopts a layered protection system, where the substrate must be treated to meet standards of no floating dust, no oil contamination, and flatness deviation ≤2mm; an anti-alkali sealing primer with adhesion ≥ grade 1 is applied first, followed by waterborne industrial paint with a film thickness ≥80μm, while waterborne floor paint with a film thickness ≥5mm is used for flooring. During construction, the substrate undergoes grinding and dust removal pretreatment; after the primer fully dries, the topcoat is applied, and floor painting requires two layers with an interval of ≥4 hours, while environmental humidity is controlled at ≤85% to ensure good leveling properties. Ultimately, the protective layer exhibits adhesion ≥ grade 1, resistance to artificial aging ≥2000 hours, scrub resistance ≥2000 times, and a waterproof rating meeting Class I standards of GB/T 23445-2009, effectively guaranteeing the long-term stability of park facilities.
