Indonesia Qingshan Industrial Park
Background
This project is located in the Qingshan Industrial Park along the Indonesian coast, a typical industrial environment with high humidity and severe salt spray corrosion. The exterior walls and floors of factories need to withstand long-term seawater erosion, chemical medium scouring, and mechanical wear; existing coatings were prone to peeling and blistering, failing to meet the operational requirements of the park. The technical plan adopts a layered protection system: waterborne industrial paint with adhesion ≥ grade 1 and artificial aging resistance ≥ 2000 hours is selected for exterior walls, combined with alkali-resistant sealing primer to enhance substrate adhesion; waterborne floor paint with film thickness ≥ 200μm is applied to floors, featuring elastic crack resistance and impact resistance; JS waterproof coating (2K) with IPX7 waterproof rating and dry film thickness ≥ 1.5mm is used for roofs and water tanks, and all coatings meet low-VOC environmental standards. During construction, the substrate is thoroughly cleaned and sanded to ensure qualified substrate treatment before applying the alkali-resistant sealing primer. After full drying, the topcoat and floor paint are applied sequentially, followed by the application of JS waterproof coating and curing until fully solidified. The film thickness of each layer and construction temperature are strictly controlled throughout the process. Post-project inspection shows that the exterior wall coating has adhesion ≥ grade 1, scrub resistance ≥ 2000 times, and artificial aging resistance exceeding 2000 hours; the floor coating film thickness stabilizes at around 210μm with excellent elastic crack resistance; the waterproof coating reaches the IPX7 standard with no leakage, fully meeting the long-term use requirements of the park.
