M30 Preservative(CMIT/MIT blend)
M30 Preservative is a wet-state anti-corrosion product specifically formulated for latex paints, effectively preventing acidification, bloating, and microbial growth during storage. The recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.2%; the upper limit can be applied in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and the dosage may be slightly increased for pigment paste systems, provided over-dosing is avoided. It should be added at the late stage of paint mixing when the system temperature is below 40°C, as adding it during high-temperature grinding will render it ineffective. This preservative is suitable for systems with pH 2-9, delivering optimal performance in latex paint systems with pH 8-9; it becomes inactive in strongly alkaline environments (pH>9.5) and is not recommended for use in such conditions.
