SN-DISPERSANT 5040 is an anionic low-foaming dispersant that effectively disperses pigments and fillers while preventing powder flocculation and sedimentation, ensuring stable viscosity of coatings during storage and enhancing color development and gloss retention of paint films. The recommended dosage is 0.5%-1.0% of the total pigment and filler content, to be added at the early stage of the grinding process. As this product belongs to the sodium salt system with high electrolyte content, it should be used with caution in exterior weather-resistant formulations. It is suitable for interior architectural paints, high-PVC matte primers, and cement-based composite coatings.
