01Overview

899 Pure‑Acrylic Emulsion

The 899 Pure-Acrylic Emulsion is a high-end weather-resistant film-forming material devoid of styrene structure, specifically designed for outdoor applications. It is ideal for premium exterior paints, elastic exterior latex paints, stone-textured topcoats, and weather-resistant primer systems. Its weather resistance, color and gloss retention, anti-yellowing, and anti-chalking properties far surpass those of conventional 109 styrene-acrylic emulsions. The resulting film is dense, offering excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, salt efflorescence resistance, scrub resistance, and adhesion. As an anionic system, it blends stably with all wetting agents, thickeners, and hydrophobic agents, ensuring uniform coloring without floating or mottling. Recommended dosage: 28%-38% for flat exterior paints, 32%-42% for semi-gloss/high-gloss and elastic exterior paints, and 20%-28% for weather-resistant primer. During formulation, add the emulsion at medium speed after pigment grinding and stir for 8-12 minutes. Avoid high-shear milling or mixing with cationic materials to prevent coagulation, flocculation, or foaming.
