688 Silicone‑Acrylic Emulsion
The 688 Silicone‑Acrylic Emulsion is a premium material designed for high‑end exterior applications, including premium exterior wall paints, highly weather‑resistant elastic coatings, stone‑like paints, and decorative topcoats; it is not recommended for interior use. Thanks to its silicone‑containing molecular structure, siloxane migrates to the film surface after curing, creating a hydrophobic self‑cleaning layer. Its weather resistance, color retention, anti‑yellowing, water and alkali resistance outperform those of the 899 pure acrylic emulsion, ensuring a longer artificial aging lifespan. The resulting film is dense, offering excellent resistance to water whitening, scrubbing, and adhesion while delivering rich, vibrant colors for sand particles—making it the ideal binder for thick stone‑like coating systems. As an anionic system, it mixes stably with all additives and allows precise color matching. Recommended dosage: 30%–40% for premium flat exterior wall paints, 35%–45% for semi‑gloss, high‑gloss, elastic exterior coatings and stone‑like topcoats, and 22%–30% for high‑weather‑resistance primer. Add it at medium speed during the mixing stage after grinding; avoid sanding, high‑speed stirring, or mixing with cationic materials.
