FS‑8018 Pure‑Acrylic Elastic Emulsion

FS-8018 Pure-Acrylic Elastic Emulsion is a high-performance anionic pure-acrylic base material featuring low Tg, ultra-high elongation rate, and excellent low-temperature toughness. Its crack-resistance performance far surpasses that of ordinary styrene-acrylic emulsions. With superior water resistance, alkali resistance, anti-yellowing, and weather resistance, it serves as the core raw material for premium crack-resistant waterproof coatings, elastic exterior paints, and roofing waterproof coatings. The standard dosage rates are 38%-48% for exterior paints, 45%-55% for roofing waterproof coatings, and 14%-22% for elastic putties. For optimal results, add the emulsion during the paint mixing stage and stir at medium speed for 8-12 minutes.
