Z‑004 Associative Polyurethane Thickener

Z-004 Associative Polyurethane Thickener is a non-ionic HEUR-type rheology thickener that effectively increases the shear viscosity of coatings, markedly improves roll-coating and spraying performance while reducing splashing. It strikes an ideal balance between film leveling and anti-sagging properties, delivering coatings with excellent glossiness. With superior resistance to microbial degradation compared to traditional cellulose, it maintains stable viscosity during storage, features a wide pH adaptability range, and offers high versatility. It is suitable for interior and exterior latex paints, elastic paints, and water-based industrial coatings, and can be blended with other thickeners. The recommended dosage is 0.2%–0.8% of the total coating mass.
