Protective Colloid H‑500、Lithium‑Magnesium‑Sodium Silicate

Protective Colloid H-500 is a premium synthetic silicate product specifically developed for water-in-water and water-in-sand multicolor coatings. It forms a stable three-dimensional colloidal structure that effectively prevents color bleeding, spot migration, and melting of color particles, providing base coatings with excellent thixotropic suspension stability and enabling precise control over color particle hardness and spraying performance. Its electrolyte tolerance and system stability surpass those of R105 protective colloid, making it suitable for complex formulations with high salt content and abundant fillers. The standard dosage is 3.5%-6.5% for water-in-water multicolor coatings and 2.8%-5.5% for water-in-sand multicolor coatings. For application, dissolve the product in deionized water to form a masterbatch before adding it to the base coating; direct addition of dry powder or high-speed shearing is strictly prohibited.
