Redispersible Polymer Powder（RDP‑VAE）

Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP-VAE) is an organic binding and film-forming additive specifically formulated for dry-mix mortars and putties. Upon contact with water, it quickly disperses into a uniform emulsion, greatly enhancing the bonding strength, flexibility, and crack resistance of the materials. Its water resistance, weather resistance, and durability outperform traditional PVA and starch-based adhesives. It is suitable for exterior waterproof putties, thermal insulation render mortars, tile adhesives, and interior waterproof putties. The recommended dosage ranges from 1.5–3.5% for exterior putties, 0.8–2.0% for interior putties, and 2.0–4.0% for insulation mortars. Proper dosage control and moisture-proof storage are essential during application.
