Alkali‑Resistant Chopped Glass Fiber

AR glass fiber is a crack-resistant reinforcing material specifically designed for mortars and thermal insulation plastering applications. It forms a three-dimensional network structure to prevent crack propagation, significantly enhancing the flexural strength, impact resistance, and crack-toughness of mortars. Meeting Class A fire safety standards, it effectively addresses the cracking issues common in thermal insulation mortars. The standard dosage is 0.2–0.4% for crack-resistant rendering mortars and 0.15–0.30% for thermal insulation mortars; low-speed, short-duration mixing is required during production to avoid damaging the fiber structure.
