Pusat Komersial Arc de Triomphe Kamboja
Latar Belakang
Situated in the prime commercial area of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, this large commercial center faces a tropical monsoon climate characterized by year-round high temperatures, UV index up to 9, and annual rainfall exceeding 2000mm. The exterior walls are constantly exposed to severe UV radiation and heavy rainfall, leading to common issues like coating powdering, cracking, and delamination; therefore, the coatings must demonstrate superior weather resistance and crack resistance. The technical solution utilizes weather-resistant exterior paint as the primary material, combined with dedicated alkali-resistant primer and elastic crack-resistant topcoat. Thanks to self-crosslinking film-forming technology, a dense protective layer is formed to adapt to high-humidity construction conditions and prevent coating detachment due to alkali migration from the substrate. Before application, the wall surface undergoes thorough grinding and dust removal to ensure a flatness deviation of ≤3mm. Construction requires ambient temperatures between 20-35°C and relative humidity below 85%; the standard application protocol calls for one layer of primer, two layers of topcoat, and one layer of finish, with the total dry film thickness exceeding 150μm. Upon completion, evaluations confirm the coating endures over 2000 hours of artificial aging, with adhesion rated at level 1, scrub resistance surpassing 10,000 cycles, and waterproof performance meeting Class I of GB/T 19250-2013 standards. The client commended the coating’s durable color and effective crack resistance, and a 5-year warranty is offered for ongoing support.
