CC-400 Ground Calcium Carbonate

CC400 Ground Calcium Carbonate is a ultra-low-cost coarse filler featuring minimal oil absorption, excellent dispersibility, and low demand for dispersants. It significantly enhances film hardness and sandability, helping reduce costs while improving performance in putties, textured paints, and thick exterior primer applications. Recommended dosage: 40%-65% for putties/textured paints, 25%-45% for thick primers, 15%-30% for industrial primers; surface coats should contain no more than 5%. Adequate dispersant must always be used regardless of fill level to prevent settling and coarsening.
