Wetting agent PE-100
PE-100 wetting agent is an APEO-based surfactant specifically formulated for latex paint systems. It effectively wets pigments and fillers, eliminates color flecking and blooming issues in coatings, and enhances the freeze-thaw stability, mechanical stability, and substrate wetting performance of emulsions. Compatible with alkaline latex paint systems and resistant to common acidic and alkaline environments, the optimal dosage is 0.1%-0.4%. For maximum wetting and dispersion efficiency, it should be added during the grinding and dispersing stage together with water-based dispersants. Note that excessive addition will reduce paint film water resistance, and this product is not suitable for high-end APEO-free eco-friendly formulations.
