CC-1200 Ground Calcium Carbonate

CC-1200 Ground Calcium Carbonate is a high-performance ultra-fine extender filler with a particle size ≤40μm. It boasts excellent alkali resistance, significantly enhancing film hardness, fullness, and sanding feel while allowing precise gloss adjustment. Note that it has no hiding power and cannot replace titanium dioxide. The recommended dosage is 15%-30% for interior matte paints and 10%-20% for exterior latex paints; use minimal amounts in high-gloss paints to prevent loss of gloss. This filler is compatible with a wide range of systems including water-based latex paints, solvent-based coatings, powder coatings, and inorganic coatings. For optimal performance, ensure adequate dispersant is used during application to maintain uniform dispersion.
