Oriental Red CC1250 fine ground calcium carbonate is a Huizhou-produced coating-grade filler with ultra-fine particles and high purity, specifically formulated for premium smooth coatings. Its addition can raise the PVC value and work synergistically with titanium dioxide to enhance whiteness, resulting in smoother, more even films with superior scrub resistance. It also helps thicken the dry film, seal substrate pores, and improve rheological properties. The recommended dosage is 15%-28% for interior walls and 8%-18% for exterior walls; feed the material in batches at low speed and disperse it at 1100-1500 rpm for 18-28 minutes until the fineness reaches ≤35μm.
