Silcona Phobe® R‑75 Water‑Repellent Agent

Silcona Phobe® R-75 is a silicone-based water-repellent agent specifically designed for exterior walls. It is compatible with various exterior latex paints, elastic coatings, and textured paints. During film formation, it creates a low-surface-energy hydrophobic layer on the paint surface, endowing the coating with excellent water resistance, salt efflorescence resistance, alkali resistance, and self-cleaning properties. As a non-ionic formulation, it exhibits great compatibility without affecting the gloss or appearance of the paint film. The recommended dosage is 0.3%-0.8% for flat/exterior elastic paints and 0.5%-1.2% for textured/stucco paints; it can be added dropwise at low speed during the later stage of paint preparation.
