High-performance hollow glass microspheres are functional inorganic fillers renowned for their wear resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, weather resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. They effectively reduce the drying shrinkage rate of paint films, prevent cracking in thick coatings, and enhance construction fluidity. The high-refractive-index variant imparts reflective properties to paint films, making it ideal for reflective road marking coatings. Recommended dosage ranges from 3% to 12% for stone-textured paints, 5% to 15% for industrial wear-resistant coatings, and 15% to 25% for reflective marking coatings. These microspheres are suitable for stone-textured paints, thick-texture coatings, industrial anti-corrosion paints, and road reflective coatings, but are not recommended for high-gloss flat coatings.
