Snowflake White Marble Powder 100-mesh is a snow-white marble-grade ground calcium carbonate designed as a fine-particle thick paste aggregate. It delivers a delicate sand-like texture, making it ideal for use in stone-like paints, water-in-sand coatings, and thick-texture coatings. It forms a compact paint film skeleton, enhancing film hardness and filling capacity while offering excellent color-matching compatibility. It can also be blended with coarser particles to reduce formulation costs. The recommended dosage is 40%-70% for ordinary stone-like paints, 20%-45% for thick-texture coatings, and 15%-35% for water-in-sand coatings. During application, pre-mix additives and disperse at high speed, while ensuring strict control over raw material moisture resistance and impurity levels.
