QQ Odor‑Removing Agent
QQ Odor‑Removing Agent is a composite chemical odor-control additive designed for interior latex paints, water-based putties, and adhesives; cautious use is advised for exterior applications. Leveraging dual mechanisms of chemical chelation and microencapsulation, it effectively eliminates free organic amines, residual acrylic monomers, and aldehyde odors while releasing a subtle fragrance to mask construction-related smells, thereby significantly enhancing the sensory quality of coatings. This agent exhibits excellent compatibility with common additives, and its addition does not affect viscosity, gloss, or scrub resistance. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.3% for standard interior latex paints, and 0.3% to 0.5% for formulations with stronger odors, with a maximum limit of 0.5%. For optimal results, add it during the later stage of paint formulation under low-speed stirring; never introduce it during the grinding phase.
